MMA Training — Dynamic Knee Strike
Create an ultra-photorealistic professional combat sports photograph featuring the female and male subjects from the uploaded reference images, training together inside a professional MMA cage.
STRICT 1:1 FACE & IDENTITY PRESERVATION — NON-NEGOTIABLE:
Preserve the exact facial identity, facial proportions, skin tone, and recognizable characteristics of both subjects from their respective Upload References. Do not change their faces. Hair texture, hair color, beard, tattoos, piercings, chains, and all personal identifying details must be taken exclusively from the corresponding Upload Reference.
Pose & Action:
The female athlete is captured mid-air performing a powerful jumping knee strike toward the training pads held by the male coach. Her body is dynamically suspended in the air, one knee raised toward the pads, the opposite leg bent backward. Her torso is slightly rotated, with her arms positioned naturally for balance and combat technique.
The male coach stands in a stable fighting stance, holding two black MMA striking pads in front of his body. His arms are extended to receive the strike. Both subjects maintain realistic body mechanics and natural proportions.
Outfit:
Female athlete: fitted dark gray cropped athletic top, matching high-waisted gray compression leggings, black MMA gloves, barefoot.
Male coach: black sleeveless athletic training shirt, black MMA shorts, black striking pads, barefoot.
Environment:
Professional MMA gym with black chain-link cage fencing, padded floor, and a large monochromatic fighter mural on the rear wall. Authentic training environment with subtle gym wear and realistic textures.
Lighting & Camera:
Full-frame DSLR, Canon EOS R5, 85mm lens, f/1.8. Vertical 2:3 composition, full-body action shot, both subjects visible from head to feet. Capture the precise moment of impact with crisp details and natural motion tension.
Cinematic indoor sports lighting, realistic shadows, HDR, natural skin texture, visible muscle definition, documentary sports photography aesthetic.
Ultra-photorealistic RAW photo style, 4K resolution, no CGI look, no AI artifacts, no distorted limbs, no unnatural anatomy.
