NANO BANANA 2.1 — UPLOAD REFERENCE | GYM COUPLE FITNESS CHALLENGE
IMAGE 1 = MALE IDENTITY REFERENCE.
IMAGE 2 = FEMALE IDENTITY REFERENCE.
IMAGE 3 = POSE AND OUTFIT REFERENCE ONLY.
Recreate the athletic partner pose and gym outfits from IMAGE 3.
POSE: The man lies flat on a padded weight bench with his back supported and his feet firmly planted on the floor, his knees bent. He holds the woman horizontally above his chest with both arms extended upward, supporting her torso and hips securely. The woman maintains a straight, rigid plank-like body position with her legs extended backward and her feet together. She holds a smartphone in one hand and looks toward the screen while balancing her body. The pose should resemble a controlled, staged partner-fitness challenge. Ensure realistic balance, safe support and physically plausible contact points.
MALE OUTFIT: Plain light-gray fitted athletic T-shirt, black training shorts, white crew socks and white athletic trainers.
FEMALE OUTFIT: Black fitted sports bra or sleeveless athletic crop top, black high-waisted fitted training shorts, white crew socks and white athletic trainers.
STRICT IDENTITY PRESERVATION: IMAGE 1 defines the man's identity; IMAGE 2 defines the woman's identity. Preserve their original faces, hairstyles, hair colors, makeup, tattoos, skin tones and body characteristics. Do not copy the original models' identities. Transfer only clothing and pose.
Modern gym interior with mirrors, strength-training equipment, padded bench and warm overhead lighting. Photorealistic fitness editorial, realistic muscular anatomy, correct number of limbs and fingers, believable body weight distribution and accurate perspective.
